Lets Dive Deeper!

"As a kid growing into my lifelong musical uniform via classic rock and NWOBHM sounds in the late 70's, I was something of a latecomer to the Genesis party. Indeed, by the time prog rock began to feature in my diet on a regular basis (probably thanks to the likes of Marillion, IQ and Twelfth Night), they had long since abandoned their quirkily creative roots for something a lot more commercially successful. However, over the years I've really come to appreciate and respect the influence they've had over progressive music as a whole (everything from the aforementioned Marillion to Dream Theater), and this, the title track from their sixth album (the last to feature Peter Gabriel) showcased them at their creative peak for me, as well as setting up a superb concept album that encapsulates everything I love about 70s prog."
