Lets Dive Deeper!

"I was never much of a grunge fan - I have tried a number of times over the years - but Alice In Chains were always the exception for me that proved the rule. More of a classic rock band caught up on the grunge bandwagon than an out n' out grunge act like Pearl Jam or Soundgarden, their 'Dirt' album is rightly acknowledged as an early 90s classic, this track especially. Yes, it might have that dour, minor key hook favoured by the Seattle bands, but it has a heart that beats pure rock n' roll and the late Layne Staley hits that raw nerve just perfectly."
