"Whilst the scene in Norway often tends to get overlooked in favour of its more illustrious Scandinavian neighbour, pound for pound, their rock acts pack just as much punch. Featuring guitarist Trond Holter - better known as Teeny from Wig Wam - Dream Police issued a couple of criminally overlooked albums in the early 90's before sinking with next to no fanfare. I've always been a fan of the underdog, and as voyages of discovery go, their blues-hued take on punchy hard rock hits the spot every single time - think Treat meets Great White. The band are still active, I believe, although whether any new music is forthcoming remains to be seen... we can only hope."
