From Blues, to Rock, to Metal, to Jazz Fusion, to Celtic Folk and a million other stopping off points in-between, he took the guitar playing art into a whole other realm. Most would never get within a million light-years of his talent with a thousand years to practice, a select few might come close but still be found badly wanting. My favourite guitarist ever... a sad day fourteen years ago when he was taken from us. RIP Gary, your music will transcend time and last into eternity."
