Lets Dive Deeper!

"We all know that behind Meat Loaf were some absolutely awesome songwriters, but boy could Michael (Marvin) Lee Addy belt out a song with power, emotion and vigour. This epic came out in 1995 as part of his 'Welcome To The Neighbourhood' album, and I loved it from the first note to the last, but this song, this song was the best of the lot in my opinion. Jim Steinman's spellbinding lyrics, Meat Loaf's vociferous delivery, and a tune that makes angels weep with joy when they hear it! It's still as superb today as when I heard it as a 21-year-old! Now I know the song wasn't written for Meat Loaf, and it was covered a few times, most noticeably by Taylor Dane for the film 'The Shadow', but Meat Loaf's version will forever be the pinnacle one for me!"
