Lets Dive Deeper!

"It's always a strange feeling to hear a song you've forgotten about for many years, and then be hit with a deluge of memories that the song evokes, but that's the passion of music in many respects. I don't remember the original release of Night Games in 1981 - well, give me a break, I was only seven after all, but I remember hearing it at a friend's house about eight years later during my GCSE years. It was one of those moments where everything seemed to fall into place, great friends around you, fun and laughter taking away the strains of pressure from exams. A slight ignorance about the meaning of the song, but just a love of a great tune!

Resurfacing many (many) years later in my playlist, I must admit it was one of those stop and smile moments, as memories of those teenage years came flooding back. It also helps that it's a banging tune with a great hook.

The power of music, and that's why we love it!"
