A full explanation of the fault must be provided and postage and packaging for the return of the goods will be at the purchaser's expense.

First time subscriber. Have the read the mag in the past. Looking forward to digging into issue 109. Wish it would come out more than four times a year, but it might take three months to read everything. Awesome magazine. A must buy!
