Reviews
As I'd let my subscription run out and was late renewing it I renewed with the current issue and was delighted it was delivered the next day. Bruce was fantastic as I'd purchased my subscription twice in error and he refunded me instantly, top man!!
Fireworks is a top rock mag and covers a multitude of genres. The interviews are great but the extensive album reviews are a must. Some of the writers of this mag have become personal friends and we meet up at gigs/festivals. Keep up the great work!
The guys take so much time to make the magazine jammed packed with everything we want to read. Great interviews, great perspectives, old and new. It is a highlight in my calendar when this little beauty drops through the letterbox. The only thing I would like to see is live reviews of new and even old gigs, such as the Gods series recently. 10/10 - keep the quality up and thank you PLUS a great review for my band, Racing Mars in this issue too :)
I have been a subscriber to the excellent Fireworks Magazine for many years. I look forward to every issue which gets read cover to cover. There are always excellent articles, interviews and reviews. The album reviews always make me find something new to investigate and potentially buy. Keep up the excellent work.
Fireworks Magazine never fails to deliver with excellent articles on established and new bands / artists.
The album reviews always lead me to new releases from bands that I have never come across before.
One slight criticism would be that I would prefer album star ratings, much like this review.
I love this magazine as it covers all the areas of music I love including symphonic metal as well as the usual heavy rock and metal bands - comprehensive reviews of albums -be good if they covered more reviews of live acts but otherwise best of the magazines in this area.
