Circles of Illusion featuring John Macaluso and Mark Boals.

Circles Of Illusion

Circles Of Illusion was formed in the early 2000s as a solo project by Wegard Golebiowski, but the first album “Wegard Golebiowski 's Circles of Illusion” was released in 2020 also featuring members of Norwegian bands like Return and TnT

Wegard was born 30th of July 1984 in Telemark, Norway. He started early at 11 years old, playing the guitar and composing songs. He was never any big fan of doing cover songs since they were already there and therefore started writing songs while learning to play the guitar. Golebiowski was considered a huge talent at the age of 16 and has been involved with different bands and projects since then.

In 2024 Circles Of Illusion is relaunched with more of a project/band profile with the follow-up album Lionheart. This time with a new strong, experienced and well-known crew:

Magnus Østvang (synth) – Return, Ram-Zet.

John Macaluso (drums) – TNT, ARK, Yngwie, Starbreaker..

Mark Boals (vocal) – Uli John Roth, Yngwie Malmsteen, Ring of Fire,Royal Hunt..

Wegard Golebiowski (guitar, bass) – Fracture

Wegard's intention is to bring back the old school melodic hard rock with some musical variations. Circles Of Illusion has been described as a blend of TnT, Dio and Sabbath with some prog elements.
