"Love him or loathe him, David Lee Roth is one of those artists you just can’t ignore! Putting aside his career with Van Halen and all the subsequent crap that has passed between him, Sammy Hagar and everyone else involved, he does have an impressive solo catalogue. However, one album that, in my opinion, is criminally overlooked is 1994's ‘Your Filthy Little Mouth’. It’s not the strongest DLR album, I grant you, but it has some gems on it including ‘Cheatin’ Heart Café’. This duet with Country Rock singer Travis Tritt is pure brilliance, and I love it. Cheeky lyrics delivered with classic timing and zest. It’s classic DLR."
