Lets Dive Deeper!

"While my compatriot chooses tracks that are more obscure, but still as enjoyable then myself, we always said that it would be artists that meant something to us. I have been a Billy Idol fan since I heard 'Rebel Yell' way back in 1985 (although it was released two years previously, only reaching no.62 in the charts). There was something about him, his swagger, that snarl, but the music was also superb. Full of catchy riffs and that instant sing-along-ability of his songs - come on, admit it, 'Rebel Yell', 'White Wedding', 'Mony Mony' - you've sung along! This track came out in 2014, and showed a more mature Billy in my opinion, and as he has a tendency to do, the song came at just the right moment for me. It wasn't the most technical of songs lyric-wise, and the video was a wee bit twee in certain parts, but it put a great big smile on my face, and that is what music is about for both Dave and me. Plus, he could still do the Idol trademark snarl - brilliant!"
