Lets Dive Deeper!

"I was introduced to this song and band through a friend who played it non-stop. In all honesty, the group did nothing for me, and I didn't really follow them afterwards, but the song is a brilliant one, and one that I still enjoy to this day.

The track itself is the typical bouncy soft-rock love song that we heard a fair few of in the late eighties and early nineties. To me, it has a bit more swagger and melody than most, and since the Nelson twins were pretty handsome chaps, I'm sure that didn't hurt in the advertising of the song to the fairer sex. In fact, it must have helped, as the song shot into pole position in the Billboard charts, giving them their only number one, and helping their debut album sell well over 3 million copies. Not bad at all.

I believe that Nelson is still going, and fair play to them. They have had a few issues through the years, but still seem capable of pulling in decent-sized crowds. I'm still not their top fan, but it's nice to see bands from my youth still making music and having fun."
