Crunch rose from the ashes of AdrianGale, the melodic rock band fronted by Jamie Rowe that released four studio albums before label issues forced a name change. The band took their new name from AdrianGale's fourth and final studio album, and arrived at Firefest with a point to prove.
Starting Over was a special limited edition three-track EP, released exclusively at Firefest in the UK, making physical copies genuinely rare. The EP features the title track Starting Over, The Good Stuff, and Miss Me.
With the dual guitar attack of Eddie Campbell and Vic Rivera, Jamie Rowe's vocals caressing every lyric, Doug Odell's thundering bass lines, and Joe Cruz keeping time, this is hard-edged melodic rock with killer harmonies and serious musicianship throughout.
