Firesky: debut album details unveiled

Art Of Melody Music & Burning Minds Music Group are thrilled to announce full details of the self-titled debut album by the new Melodic Rock/AOR sensation Firesky.
Firesky is an international studio project/band created by Finnish drummer Mika Brushane (Imperium). It already made its official debut in 2025 with the exclusive unreleased track “To Be The Number One,” featured on the compilation “We Still Rock... The World.” The line-up is completed by Italian singer Davide Merletto (Lace, ex-Planethard), guitarist Samuli Federley (Mirka Rantanen’s Circus Of Rock), bassist Time Schleifer (King Company, ex-Mirka Rantanen’s Circus Of Rock), and keyboardist/producer/sound engineer Saal Richmond (In-Side).
Heavily influenced by legendary 80s acts such as Journey, Foreigner, Def Leppard, Giant and Toto, the band promises to be a real blast among fans of classic AOR/Melodic Rock music. All production, mixing and mastering duties have been handled by Saal Richmond at Harmonia Recording Work Studio in Giaveno (Turin, Italy).
The album is set for release on March 13, 2026. The CD booklet includes exclusive liner notes penned by Fabio Vellata (Truemetal.it). The first single and official music video, “A Stone In Time,” will be released on January 15, 2026. Special guest backing vocals come courtesy of Dave “Rox” Barbieri (Wheels Of Fire, StreetLore) and Alessandro Del Vecchio (Edge Of Forever, Hardline, Jorn, Vanden Plas). Pierpaolo “Zorro” Monti (Shining Line, Charming Grace, Raintimes) and Dave Zublena (Soul Seller, Kastadian) also co-wrote the song “Like Brothers”.
