FATAL VISION
Canadian melodic rock band Fatal Vision proudly release their brand-new studio album, Four Sides To Every Story, available worldwide via Escape Music in CD and digital formats. Representing a major new chapter in the band’s career, Four Sides To Every Story is Fatal Vision’s fourth studio album and their first release through Escape Music. Expanding on the cinematic vision, the album delivers a fully immersive multimedia experience featuring 14 original tracks, each accompanied by its own music video.
The record takes the timeless spirit of classic Melodic Rock with a contemporary production approach, with influences such as Survivor, Journey, Bad English, Heart, Van Halen, and Asia and more progressive arrangements.
Written primarily by Simon Marwood and Juan Miguel Gomez Montant, the album also includes collaborations with Alessandro Del Vecchio, Michael Shotton, and members of Boulevard, while bassist Andrew Burns and drummer Alex Wickham receive songwriting credits for the first time in the band’s history.
The album features an impressive lineup of guest musicians and vocalists from across the melodic rock world, including:
Phil X (Bon Jovi, Triumph), David Forbes (Boulevard), Mark Holden (Boulevard), Harry Hess (Harem Scarem), Jeff Scott Soto (Journey, Trans-Siberian Orchestra), Paul Laine (Danger Danger, The Defiants), Alessandro Del Vecchio (Edge Of Forever, Hardline), JK Northrup (King Kobra, XYZ), Michael Shotton (Von Groove), Marc LaFrance (Loverboy, Mötley Crüe), David Cagle (Silent Tiger) and several duet performances with Christine Corless.
Production duties were handled by Marwood / Montant / JK Northrup, while the album was mixed by JK Northrup and legendary producer Ron Nevison. Lead vocal production was overseen by Mike Shotton, with backing vocal production by Alessandro Del Vecchio.
he album also marks the return of “Turn Around”, Fatal Vision’s very first single, now appearing on an album for the first time .
