Dave says: Lifted from one of 'the' game-changing albums of the 80s - all hail Mutt Lange - 'Love Bites' is for me the quintessential rock ballad. Dripping with passion, its delicate balance of love and frustrated angst was a masterclass in emotionally charged melodic rock, no doubt defining it as the go to anthem for hopeless romantics everywhere at the time. It will always hold a special place in my heart as it was a song that brought me and a rather special lady together, a song that remains 'our song' to this very day.... yeah, yeah, yeah, sick buckets all round, I get it! But in all seriousness, this is a once in a generation thing, as timeless as time itself... vibrant, beautiful, stunning!
