MR. MISTER - BROKEN WINGS
Pete says: "I'm not normally a ballad type of person. In fact, I think I can count on one hand how many I genuinely like, but this one by American Rock band Mr. Mister is firmly within the ones that make the grade. It's one of those timeless songs that you instantly recognise, and if you are alone, you sing along with, especially the chorus (don't deny it, you know you do!). It's hard to say why this song stuck in my mind the way it did, but when I was learning to enjoy all the treasures that Rock and Metal music had to offer, this one lodged itself deep within and became a favourite. The tune is superb, not overly complicated, and the vocal delivery of Richard Page was nothing short of superb."
